Tracy Lynch

Tracy Lynch    Powell River

Tracy originally came to yoga to help with chronic lower back and hip pain. Now twenty years later and pain free she knows how beneficial yoga is. Tracy became a RYT200 in 2010, and a Restorative teacher in 2012 with Prana Yoga College. In November 2012 Tracy completed her Yin yoga teacher certification with Bernie Clark. She has also had the privilege to study with many inspiring teachers including Sean Corne, David Magone, Sarah Powers and Brad Waites.

The philosophy that she brings to teaching yoga is one of inclusion with a focus on self-awareness, safety and alignment. Tracy creates a gentle flowing class that feels beautiful to move through.
