Tovah Fenske Cold Lake
I’m Tovah, a Yoga Alliance E-RTY 200hr – a registered and experienced teacher with over 1200+ hours of teaching experience. I specialize in teaching Vinyasa Flow & Yin Yoga classes. I work full time as the Fitness Coordinator for the Canadian Armed Forces at the largest fighter jet base in Canada, 4 Wing Cold Lake. There I teach a variety of fitness classes and yoga in support of military training.
In addition to being a Yoga teacher I am a double certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), with a College diploma in Recreation & Leisure Services. I teach yoga several nights a week in my home yoga studio and also offer weekly yoga classes on my YouTube channel, Yoga with Tovah Fenske.
