Tina is a bilingual MBCT (Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy) Level IV teacher trained by the University of Oxford Mindfulness Centre. She has been practicing yoga since 2009 and began to focus her practice on Iyengar and Yin yoga since 2016.  As a dual citizen of Canada and Taiwan, she now lives in Taiwan and works as an international educator.
 
Tina aims to incorporate mindfulness along with Iyengar and Yin style yoga into her class to give her students the tools to truly heal themselves, physically and emotionally.
