Tina Stephens Tasmania (Launceston)
Tina has been practicing yoga for 10 years and teaching for 4 years. Her training includes 2013 in Hatha Yoga (Bikram method) and with Jo Phee, attending specialist Myofascial Therapy Release & Spine 50hr course in 2016. Tina is about to complete Sarah Powers online Meridians, Mindfulness & Yin Yoga course. In 2017 Tina will attend Jo Phee’s Chinese Medicine & Hip 50hr course. Tina loves yoga and sharing this amazing gift.
