I have been a dedicated Yinster since 2013 when I attended my first yin yoga class and it was love at first sight. I instantly knew I wanted to specialize in this amazing kind of yoga. Over the years I have trained with great people including Mari Nordstrom, Joe Barnett, Victor Chng, and Sofie Ringsten. My primary teacher however is Jo Phee from whom I have a RYT200 certificate. My experience is well past teaching 1000 classes.

My take on yin is both physical and mental. Having taught many open classes I have developed a style where I use nerdy, detailed descriptions of what we are doing to the body to help people relax. This makes my classes very approachable especially for those who are not that familiar with yoga.

Besides teaching regular classes I work with athletes using yin as active recuperation and offer workshops to companies.
