We all are on a journey and every body has a story to tell. Yoga means to me to meet people where they are in their body, in their life, on their journey. My practice has become a gentle reminder of who I truly am. My teaching is filled with gratitude and compassion for those who share their practice with me. In March 2013, I received my 200 RYT training and certification with Yax Yoga Concepts for Hot Yoga and Hot Vinyasa; in 2014 I was certified in Yin Yoga (Shala Worsley), Therapeutic Yoga (Joe Taft), and Senior Yoga (Libbey Hinsley). Remembering who we are will help us to find stillness and peace within.
