Hi! I really hope I will be able to welcome you to my Yin class here at Workout Bristol. With life moving so fast, with the emphasis always on going deep, try harder, doing more. I want to be able to offer you a space to do LESS, to sit and feel and take stock. I try my best to offer a space where you are exploring and breathing. Things that we find hard to achieve in our busy lives. We mainly focus on the traditional lower body postures with a few upper body thrown in. All abilities and experience welcome!
