Tiffany Caicco

Tiffany Caicco    Sault Ste Marie

Tiffany is an E-RYT 500 with close to 20 years of teaching experience, offering Yin Yoga classes that emphasize presence, sensation, and deep nervous system release. She received her 100-hour Yin Yoga training through Jamsteschool of Yoga with Biff Mithoefer, whose approach to functional anatomy, stillness, and mindful inquiry continues to shape her teaching.

Her yin classes are intentionally slow, grounding, and sensory-aware. Poses are held for sustained periods and supported with props to encourage ease rather than effort. Students are invited to explore sensation, soften habitual holding patterns, and cultivate compassion toward their own experience. Tiffany often teaches Yin in warm or hot environments, using heat, darkness, candlelight, and music to support deep release, meridian stimulation, and restorative sleep.

Tiffany’s Yin Yoga is not about how far you stretch, it’s about how fully you arrive.
