Thomas Naegelin    Aarau

Thomas started practicing Yoga in 2003. He’s a certified Yoga Alliance RYT-500 yoga teacher (BYV, EFYTA) and founder of the Früschluft-Yoga (which means “Fresh Air Yoga”) in Aarau. His background is Sivananda Yoga, but many teachers influenced his style of teaching yoga. One of his main teachers he’s studying with is Max Strom.

Thomas first found Yin Yoga in books and practiced it on his own, which gave him a beautiful balance to the more yang oriented yoga, as well as all the yang in daily life. After studying with Joshua Summers, he also started teaching Yin Yoga as well as other forms like Yin Flow Yoga, Yin & Yang. He added it more and more in his own classes and now regularly teaches open classes and workshops. His classes also include breath work and meditation and are based on deep mindfulness and stillness.
