Yin yoga is a practice with slower pace, longer hold of poses to strengthen, lengthen, and provide therapeutic release to joints, muscles, ligaments, fascia, and other connective tissues.  I was introduced to Yin yoga during my 200 YRT training and fell in love with this incredible practice, simple and soothing but the effects on the body and mind are profound. I am continuing on my journey of learning yoga as a healing art and science, wishing to bring my love of Yin to my class.
