I was initially drawn to yoga as a 15 year old struggling to cope with the stress of school exams. Over the years, yoga has continued to help me manage life stresses. I have completed a 200-hour teacher training in both Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I trained in Yin Yoga with Josh Summers who studied Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley and trained in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers.

My yang teaching style, influenced by Vinyasa Flow and Iyengar, is creative, alignment-orientated and light-hearted. I teach a series of Vinyasa threads (sequences of breath-linked postures), tailored to the needs of the group or individual, helping students advance their practice, safely and with awareness. I also like to teach a Yin and Yang class which begins with a Yin sequence of long-held poses to prepare the body for a more dynamic Yang flow, followed by a wind down and relaxation.
