My class consists of a series of Yin poses aimed at increasing circulation in the joints, followed by a set of restorative poses supported by props that enable the body to restore its natural ability to relax. It elevates the parasympathetic system of the body, and allows the student to renew, relax and heal. Postures are held passively for several minutes(2-5) while relaxing the muscles and basking in stillness. Props are encouraged to ensure you have a relaxing and supported practice. A beautiful way to bring quiet to the mind and a sense of lightness to the body.
