With 12+ years’ experience and more than 1,600 teaching hours, Tania’s approach to teaching yoga is evidence-based and mental-health aware.  She uses inclusive language and offers practical modifications so you can practice safely and confidently at your own pace. 

Tania is passionate about helping people gain a deeper connection with themselves and others, improve their strength, balance and joint mobility, and understanding when and how to soothe themselves to find calm and rest.
