Suzanne Steiner

Suzanne Steiner     Merrimac

Suzanne Steiner is an Integrative Well-Being Coach, Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher Trainor, specializing in her intuitive style and dynamic approach to Therapeutic Yoga, welcoming a compassionate space for self inquiry and healing to emerge.

Suzanne experienced her first Yin Yoga class in 2010 and fell madly in love.  It was the language that took hold of her heart.  The teacher’s eloquence of functional anatomy and energy science, it was magical.  She knew that one day, she’d arrive on the bridge where she’d make the journey to becoming a Yin Yoga teacher too.

Suzanne’s teachings are inspired by her passion for psychology, anthropology, human physiology and twenty five years of weaving with artistry, her love of precise alignment and organic movement through Vinyasa Flow.

In 2009, she immersed herself in her first Hatha Vinyasa Training, receiving  a second certification in Shiva Rea’s Prana Vinyasa Style in 2016.  Suzanne has been a long time continuing education student with Barbara Benagh and enjoys learning all things Restorative from Judith Hanson Lasater.  She looks forward to continuing to learn and unfold more wisdom of Yin and incorporate these practices for sustainable balance and eternal peace.
