Susan Maier-Moul, MA, E-RYT500, IAYT, is a favorite Kripalu Yoga and meditation teacher. She lives, writes, and teaches in New York City and leads Healthy Living and Retreat and Renewal workshops, teaches yoga, and offers her own weekend programs at Kripalu Center.
