Susan began her yoga teaching career as a Bikram hot yoga teacher. Several years into her passion of hot yoga she discovered Yin Yoga. The practice completely changed her life and body. Soon after, she attended Bernie Clark’s teacher training in Vancouver, Canada. She attended teacher training with the now co-owner of her yoga studio, Laura Frey. Susan and Laura almost immediately opened Raleigh Yoga Company to bring yoga to everyone. She looks forward to guiding you through a practice that will undoubtedly change your life.
