I am the co owner over a virtual yoga and Pilates Studio called OM Your Life .  Our missions is to encourage women of a certain age to stay strong, healthy and motivated through movement.  A key part of successful aging is the practice of Yin Yoga.  I have been a  yoga teacher for over 10 years and discovered my love for yin 5 years ago with a training with Sagel Urlacher.

To me, yin is that missing piece.  That part of the puzzle that makes the other parts fit better together.  My classes are generally taught with a focus on meridians and energetics.  I believe that yin is available to just about everybody with the simple reminder that my body arrives on the mat with a different history than my neighbor.  The experience of yin should be individual and ever evolving.
