Stephanie Staniforth ERYT500 Calgary
Stephanie has been practicing yoga since 2003, and teaching since 2009. Although she is a strong yang practitioner, her passion lies in Yin Yoga. Stephanie has taken her Yin Yoga training with Bernie Clark and is currently mentoring under Sarah Powers with the Insight Yoga Institute. Stephanie has a special interest in insight and mindfulness meditation and how it can be integrated with the Yin Yoga practice.
