Steph’s yoga journey began as a physical practice to support the many actives she enjoys such as mountain biking, cycling, cross country skiing and hiking. She soon realized the meditative, calming benefits that each yoga class could offer and has maintained a practice ever since. She is a 200 RYT, and it was through her 200 hour program that she discovered a love for yin yoga. With limited classes available in the area Steph relied on one of workshops and online resources to develop her yin practice which eventually lead her to complete her 50 hour Yin yoga training with Bernie Clark. Steph is passionate about the yin practice and loves the calming yet energizing effects the practice has on the mind, body and spirit and is thrilled to be able to pass the gift of yin yoga on to others.
