My yin classes are based on the three basic principles. Find an edge, be still and hold for time. These classes are meant to be a time to focus inward and pay attention. All classes have a beginner track, intermediate and advanced. All students begin at the first step of each pose and can progress as their bodies allow.
I personally love the benefits of this style of yoga. Quiet stillness is not something I find frequently in my life and practicing yin yoga allows me to create stillness intentionally.
