Stacey Hugues

Stacey Hugues     Scituate, Mass.

Stacey is a registered dietitian and yoga instructor with over 15 years of professional experience. Stacey’s most recent trainings have included the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training program at the B Yoga Center in Melrose, MA and specialty teacher trainings in the areas of prenatal yoga and yin yoga. In surprising contrast to a life of constant movement – a working mom with 2 young children, Stacey’s personal yoga practice has gravitated towards yin which has been very balancing for her constitution. She currently teaches a gentle “yin flow” class at Coldbrooke Yoga Studio in Scituate, MA at 8pm on Wednesday evenings. The class takes a different meridian of focus each week, begins and ends with long-held yin asana and meditation, and follows a gentle cooling flow throughout the middle of class.
