Yin (meaning femininity and passivity) is a highly relaxing and restorative practice where you will remain seated or reclined for most of the class and poses will be held for 3-8 minutes. The goal of yin is to access the deeper tissues of the body whilst retraining the mind to stay within the present moment.
I hold a YACEP (specialism) in Yin and Restorative practices. And am currently a student with the London Buddhist Centre.
