I have been teaching Yin Yoga since 2009 as I continued studying with Sarah Powers and Paul Grilley. With a foundation of Iyengar and Ashtanga practices since 1998 and teaching yoga since 2004, Yin Yoga has become my primary practice and offering. I follow scientific research on connective tissue and fascia and am passionate about healthy aging. I teach both athletes and those healing from illness or injury, and offer free classes to cancer patients through www.pacificcancerfoundation.org.
