I have been a student of yoga since 1994. Though I spent many years practicing classic alignment-based forms like Iyengar and Anusara, I am now most passionate about restorative and yin yoga. I believe in the importance of a quiet practice for self-care to counter-balance the pace of our busy lives, and to cultivate a relationship with one’s self, where true healing can begin.
My classes are quiet, meditative, philosophical, heart-centered and breath focused. I love the idea of working on energetic alchemy through personal transformation.
