As a profesional dancer and actress, in one of my tours to China, I discoverd Yin yoga and reflexology. Beside my ashtanga practice I found in Yin yoga another way to explore the body. I am one of Paul Grilley’s students and studied Bernie Clark’s material as well as Dr. Motoyama’s. I own a studio where I teach Yin yoga and offer trainings in Spanish.
