I am a yoga teacher based in Denmark, teaching Yin Yoga through my platform Less Is More Living Collective and at Lejre Fitness.

My Yin Yoga teaching is grounded in simplicity, nervous system regulation, and deep respect for the body’s natural rhythms. I view Yin Yoga as a quiet, embodied practice where stillness, breath, and mindful presence support physical and emotional release.

Nature, seasonal awareness, and gentle ritual often inspire my classes. I am currently deepening my Yin Yoga education and integrate elements from mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and restorative practices—offering Yin Yoga as an invitation to slow down, soften, and return home to yourself.
