Certified in hatha yoga, prenatal and yin yoga. I encourage students to practice yoga with mindfulness, integrity and to be curious about the body, mind, and breath. I aim to create a warm, inclusive environment where students can let go of tension, anxiety, tiredness and leave feeling energised and refreshed. I am inspired by the wonderful teachers around the world including Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley and Donna Farhi.
