Shari Larson

Shari Larson     Tacoma

Shari discovered in 2002 that yoga helped with chronic back and neck issues including headaches. Originally only practicing Bikram yoga but eventually moving into Vinyasa and then finally Hatha, Kundalini and Yin. She entered teacher training in 2015 completely both her 200hr and a 50 hr Yin training. In 2017 she added another 50 hr Yin training this time with Bernie Clark. She primarily teaches Yin and other slow practices that allow students to explore how their bodies feel in the postures and to notice what comes up for them emotionally and mentally. Aging gracefully and natural movement are other areas of interest and she follows the work of Katie Bowman.
