I provide an environment rich in opportunity for students to expand, grow, study and inquire within. I share yoga so that students can find the teacher within. My class is a slow, low pace holding poses for one to several minutes targeting the deeper structures of the body (ligaments, bones, joint spaces, etc.). Emphasis is on softening, patience, presence and inquiry. I also give hands on assistance that coordinate with the Chinese meridians that are being stretched thus deepening the experience at an energetic level. My class benefits include: greater quality of sleep, increased immunity, greater joint function, balanced energy.
