Yin yoga came to me as an amazing discovery. By the time I took Nona Kim’s yin yoga teacher’s course, I was practicing yoga a little. And my yoga was very active. Sometimes I was very tired and did not understand how it was possible to restore my energy.
Yin yoga is what helped me balance my yoga practice. Yin Yoga aims to deeply relax and restore energy.
I previously studied Zen meditation in South Korea and found similarities in meditation and yoga practice.
Now, I conduct separate classes on yin yoga. Clients really enjoy the state of relaxation and balance after practicing yin yoga.
