Sarah Nuttridge       Canberra

Sarah (Sare) is a full-time Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Massage and Reiki Practitioner. She started her yoga journey when she was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis. With mobility in mind, she started her personal practice with Power Yoga and Yin Yoga while living in Brisbane in 2012 and became a teacher in 2017.

Yin Yoga has been a favourite from the start. More than mobilising, it increased interoception and the ability to come to stillness. In 2020, she was able to train in Yin with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts online. The learning experience now feels balanced – Yang finally has its Yin.

Today, she continues to expand her skills into health and wellness, studying Yoga Therapy. When she finishes her Yoga Therapy training, Sarah wants to expand into helping people living with disabilities, chronic conditions, and neurological conditions in a therapeutic, accessible approach to health and wellbeing.
