Sarah Manning

Sarah Manning    Singapore

Sarah studied with Bernie while in Shanghai in 2005. The following year she went on to support the Yin Yoga teacher training of Yin Yoga at Breeze yoga studio (Shanghai). Sarah has been teaching, training and loving yin yoga ever since.

Most of her classes today are yin yang classes with an emphasis on understanding the what and why – the intentions and exploration and what is actually true for you.

She has been a student of qigong for 10 years under Grand Master Anthony Wee – and this brings a deeper understanding of the energy body and the breath.
She continues to provide yin yoga teacher training through the International Yoga Teachers Association – a not for profit Australian based school of yoga teacher training (founded 50 years ago). She travels throughout Asia and Australia.  The training emphasis is on teaching skill, tools, observation and duty of care.
