Sarah Henderson

Sarah Henderson   Vancouver

Sarah first found Yin yoga as a way to stretch after running, but it became so much more than a physical practice when she started to feel subtle changes in her mind and heart. She felt a deep connection to the practice of Yin and fell in love with the space she found to let go of her thoughts, and connect with her breath, body and heart.

Sarah completed her Yin yoga teaching certification with Bernie Clark and Diana Batts in 2014, and is a RYT-200. She teaches yoga to share her passion for something that has truly been such a positive influence in her own life. Sarah strives to give her students space and connection to their heart, to their voice, and to their own unique passions. She believes that taking the time to be still, to breathe, and to listen will enable us to tap into our own innate and intuitive wisdom.
