Sarah Elizabeth Levitt eRYT, CQI     Salt Lake City

Sarah Elizabeth Levitt, a theatre, music and dance enthusiast, has always had a deep appreciation of movement, which led her to fall in love with yoga. Having found her niche, Sarah Elizabeth’s yogic path led to Yoga teaching certification with Dana Baptiste, Qigong certification with Jesse Tsao and training in Street Yoga and Mindful Schools to serve youth with yoga, meditation and other mindfulness practices. When Sarah Elizabeth discovered Yin Yoga, it was like coming home.

Sarah Elizabeth teaches Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga and Qigong for Centered City Yoga, the Huntsman Cancer Institute, Primary Children’s Hospital and Intermountain Healthcare, specializing in yoga for cancer patients, care providers and healthcare staff. Sarah Elizabeth is also a faculty member at InBody Academy, a yoga teacher certification program. She has been practicing yoga since 1994, teaching since 2007, and is a strong advocate for accessible yoga that can benefit people of all ages, sizes, shapes and abilities.
