Sarah Elizabeth Helt     Chicago

Sarah Elizabeth Helt has been an avid yoga practitioner for nearly 10 years. It wasn’t until her multi-style YTT on the Island of Bali in April of 2011 that she discovered Yin yoga and it’s insurmountable benefits; mind, body, and soul. Sarah has trained with Gabriel Halpern, Peter Clifford, Sunny Richards-Glasser; taken cyber-Yin from Paulie Zink, Bernie Clark, and Ekhart Yoga. Sarah now teaches Power Vinyasa, Sculpt, and more importantly Yin Yoga across the city of Chicago to all people. Primarily to endurance athletes who need the slow-moving, mind-calming, non-competitive practice most of all. With intuition and humor Sarah’s classes will help you discover your individual habitual patterns of body and mind, when to hold on, and when to let go.
