Sara Wait has been studying yoga since 2003. Her path originated in Yang formats of yoga such as Vinyasa, Bikram and Ashtanga but eventually the dynamic energies needed to be balanced. Sara sought out a more gentle/calm side of yoga and became certified in Restorative, Yin and Yoga Nidra. While she is fond of many different styles of yoga, Sara finds the feminine, still and cooling energies of Yin Yoga to resonate with her the most.
Sara currently teaches private and community classes in the Twin Cities metro area. Her classes combine elements from each of her trainings and provide a safe space for her students to move inwards and connect.
