Sandy’s teaching is shaped by in-depth training in Yin Yoga and Functional Anatomy. In her classes, she emphasizes the transformative power of stillness—enhancing joint mobility, calming the nervous system, and fostering quiet resilience. Stillness creates the space to physically and mentally connect with ourselves, allowing for true presence in body and mind. She invites students to explore how each pose feels in their uniquely shaped body, honoring the personal experience over appearance or performance.
