In 2007, after 10 years of being a dancer, an educational kinesiologist and a teacher for 3 years or so I started wondering which practice would help me increase my personal journey of my body and mind. And this is when Yoga came!! In 2009, I went to Vancouver to complete my Yin Teacher Training with Bernie Clarck and it was the most wonderful experience for me.
After this, to further expand my practice I went to London and completed another Teacher Training with Sarah Powers in 2010, and since then I have followed Simon Low’s workshops to further deepen my journey. Today I am very grateful to the universe and my teachers who have helped me to not just teach Yin Yoga but keep me connected to my passion and share this gift with my students every day.
