Sandra Tonn

Sandra Tonn     Powell River, B.C.

Sandra has been practicing and studying yoga for more than a decade. She loves teaching yin yoga and is also a certified hatha and kids yoga instructor. In addition to her dedication to yoga, Sandra is a registered holistic nutritionist, natural health journalist and speaker, and whole food nutrition teacher. She works with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, the alive Academy of Natural Health, and is on faculty of the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies. Her health and yoga articles are read nationally in health magazines such as Health Action magazine, alive magazine, Health’N Vitality, Natural Living, and Good Life Connoisseur. She is a member of Health Action Network Society, EarthSave and the Western Wilderness Foundation. Sandra is also an avid backcountry hiker and skier, an ocean kayaker, and enjoys organic gardening and photography.
