Sally serves as director of ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainings, is a ChildLight Yoga Teacher Trainer, and Yoga 4 Classrooms instructor. In addition to holding degrees in both Fine Arts/Dance and Psychology, Sally has completed several Trauma Informed trainings, MBSR, is a Reiki Master, Certified Birth Doula, and a National Board Certified Reflexologist. She completed the 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification at The Yoga Loft, and has been teaching yoga to children since 2002.  A foundational Yin training with Josh Summers began her love of Yin, which stems from the need to balance busy with quiet, dark with light and assist others to do the same.
