Sally Lander Cambridge
Sally teaches 9 classes a week in Cambridge and Hauxton. She trained with Mary Stewart and started teaching in 1999. Mary worked with Iyengar in the 1970s and then with Vanda Scaravelli. Sally is registered with the Association of Independent Yoga Practictioners, and accredited with the British Wheel of Yoga. She started her interest in Yin Yoga with Paul Grilley’s book in 2005 and has been working this way in her own practice regularly since then. Sally started a Yin Yoga class in January 2009, following a teacher intensive with Sarah Powers in September 2008.
