I got to know yin yoga, by chance, through a workshop given by Sarah Powers and was inspired instantly. Up to that moment, I had been practicing and teaching vinyasa and power yoga and now I learned, what a great balance yin yoga offers for the body and the mind. After I discovered the benefits of yin yoga, including the cure of my back pain, I got the chance to take teacher trainings with Sarah Powers as well Paul and Suzee Grilley, which I am all very grateful for. In my classes I focus on blending the anatomical aspects of the training with meridian theory and mindfulness meditation.
