Ronda Thornton is the owner of True North Total Wellness Center in Atlanta, GA, which integrates the transformative benefits of yoga as part of a holistic wellness approach. She is a yoga teacher (RYT-200), who draws on her extensive hatha, yin, and aerial experience to share yoga in an accessible and inclusive manner. A dedicated student and practitioner, she studied yin under Bernie Clark and Diana Batts.
