Rina Riehemann      Clausthal-Zellerfeld

I teach Yin Yoga as a quiet, deeply nourishing practice for regeneration, nervous system support, and a stronger connection to your body.

In my classes I blend traditional Yin (long, passive holds supported by props) with somatic cues, breath awareness, and mindfulness—sometimes complemented by gentle elements of Yoga Nidra and sound, when it serves the group. My focus is stress and burnout prevention: less pushing, more sensing, softening, and restoring.

With 700+ hours of training, I create spaces that feel safe, warm, and non-dogmatic—equally welcoming for beginners and experienced practitioners. You can expect clear guidance, plenty of time to arrive, and options that respect your unique body. My intention is simple: that you leave breathing more freely, feeling grounded, and a little more at home within yourself.
