Richard Gartner

Richard Gartner    Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Richard Gartner, RYT, continues the movement of independent yoga thinking, inspired by teachers like Tias Little, Max Strom and Paul Grilley, who introduced him to the Yin Yoga philosophy. His teaching fuses traditional asana and breathwork with contemporary anatomy and bodywork. It draws from many styles of yoga without sacrificing the spirit of the practices. His practice and instruction draw from Ayurveda, massage and trigger-point therapies, pilates, and body alignment techniques.
