Renata Zaczek Indacochea      Saint-Louis and Basel

Yoga has been with me for over 20 years. It was there and was not there. It absorbed me completely after I gave birth to my second son, in 2015. I was diagnosed with diabetes and Yoga was a crucial component to recover completely! I decided then to make it a part of my life and to share it with others. I did several trainings in India and in France and I am certified Yoga Alliance Teacher in Hatha Yoga and Yin. I am certified Laugh Yoga teacher too. I practice Yin, Hatha, Kundalini and Ashtanga Yoga. I work with disabled old people, children and adults.

Yin yoga teaches you to accept things the way they are, to connect to bigger thing. You are more flexible, more peaceful, more respectful with your body and with others.  I teach in French and English.
