In today’s fast-living “Yang-centered” world, I realized that a restorative Yin Yoga session is more than needed to find your own self and to come to inner peace again. By encouraging the students to practize yoga with mindfulness, integrity and curiousity about their body, mind and breath I help students reach a state of inner peace. Using singing bowls, Tibetan meditation techniques, and hot stones in my lessons I create a warm inclusive environment where they can let go of tension, anxiety and tiredness, leaving the class energised and refreshed. Having been educated and trained in Yoga myself in India, Thailand, Hong Kong and San Francisco I am inspired by teachers such as Simon Low, Sarah Powers, Paul Grilley, Josh Summers and others.
