Remco van de Visch Chiang Mai
Remco has been practicing Yoga for more then 20 years and teaching for the last 12. He teaches many different styles from strong Vinyasa to Hatha flow. Around 8 years ago he came across Yin Yoga through Paul Grilley. Since then he has been adapting the style into his own practice and also into his teaching. In almost all his classes there is the influence of Yin. And once a week (on Friday night) he teaches a full Yin Yoga lesson.
