Ramona Pauwels Aarhus
Ramona is a passionate practitioner and teacher of Yoga. She believes in supporting and guiding her students to move with grace and ease; to also access a deeper awareness of how everything connects, from the inside-out. In the last 20 years, Ramona studied many styles of yoga, but her real passion is for teaching slow mindful yoga – primarily yin yoga. She has followed extensive yin yoga teacher trainings with several senior assistants from Paul Grilley. As a RYT500hr, she started teaching yin yoga back in 2014.
In her classes, Ramona focusses not only on the postures, but also on meditation and breath work. Currently, Ramona is based in Aarhus, Denmark, offering both group and private classes.
