Rachel came to yoga as a way to heal from an injury and began a regular practice for the profound inner peace and stillness she found. She completed teacher training at River Yoga in Suffolk, VA under the guidance of Sue Blei and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She teaches Yin, Vinyasa, and Hatha styles of yoga. Rachel’s intention is to cultivate a safe, enjoyable, and unique yoga experience where students can find their own inner peace, love, and light. Along with her certification, Rachel holds a Masters of Science in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has spent the past 10 years working in the social services field.
